Business terms​

  • Game platform​

    is our merchant who cooperates with inCash wallet. Their users use inCash wallet to complete the deposit and withdrawal of points on the game platform. When a member of the game platform makes a deposit operation on inCash, he or she becomes an inCash user.

  • Payment on behalf of others​

    After users win money on the game platform, they can earn points in the inCash wallet, and then sell the money in the inCash wallet. The process of transferring the money to the bank card is the payment on behalf of others. The money that should be paid by the game platform to the user is paid by the inCash wallet at this time.

  • Collection​

    After the user buys INR in the inCash wallet, he/she pays the INR to the game platform through the inCash wallet. This is the collection process, that is, the money that the user should pay to the game platform is now paid to the inCash wallet。

  • Upstream​

    helps inCash wallet users to quickly complete INR transactions. Compared with transactions between users, transactions between users and upstream usually have a higher success rate and higher security. However, whether it is a transaction between users or between users and upstream, the transaction process is the same, only the place to query the order is different.

  • INR​

    The balance in the inCash wallet, also known as INR. It is converted into points on the gaming platform when the points are added, and converted into money when the points are sold.

  • Private transaction​

    when the user's UPI transaction information obtained by the system is not related to inCash. Usually, no order information can be found in the inCash CW management backend. The user has neither bought nor sold coins on the platform, but the User Ct Bill shows a successful transaction.

  • Pending​

    When the system cannot automatically complete the review of a transaction link, the system will throw a pending status, and customer service will need to determine how to proceed with the order.

  • UPI​

    UPI (Unified Payments Interface) is India’s instant real-time mobile payment system linking bank accounts.
    The system can access a customer's billing information only when their UPI is linked to inCash and remains online.

  • Ct Bill Pending​

  • Wallet Address​

    The user's address in the inCash wallet
